​21-Day Challenges

Choose from five pre-packaged Challenges or select Create My Own to tackle something personal to you.
There’s a lot of hype about how it takes a minimum of 21 days to form a new habit, although researchers will say it can take anywhere from 3-66 days. Regardless, we’re here to give you a jumpstart!
 
Before you scroll down, consider this: Overall well-being is about achieving a balance in various aspects of behavioral, emotional and physical health. As you browse the available challenges, ask yourself: In what area do I need more balance and accountability? (Helpful hint: Note which challenge sparks a "tightening" reaction within your body. This may be where you need to focus.)

The goal of any habit-development program is to strive for progress not perfection. It’s small changes and consistency that make a big difference over time, so take on something meaningful, trust the process and have fun with it.

What happens when I join A Challenge?


On Tuesday, January 12th, 2021, you will receive:
  • Your downloadable 21-Day Challenge tasks (PDF)
  • A downloadable Tracker (PDF)

The program beings on Wednesday, January 13th, 2021. You will also receive weekly "check-in" surveys by email (complete to earn entry into prize raffle)​.

Build Your Own 21-Day Challenge
