Brandee Ellis is a registered dietitian-nutritionist with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Biology from Springfield College and a master’s degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Teachers College, Columbia University in New York, New York. Brandee specializes in nutrition, exercise and yoga, and offers private, in-home/office, personalized sessions for her clients in the NYC area. She enjoys helping people find their own road to happiness, good health and living well.
Brandee has over 10 years of experience in the health and wellness industry including managing wellness programs for NYC public after-school programs, as a nutritionist for a non-profit organization helping families with young children lead healthy lives, and has coordinated farmers market workshops, and conducted numerous smoothie demo stations around NYC.
She completed a dietetic internship through Columbia University working with companies such as NBC Studios, Plus One Health Management, SuperKids Nutrition, Inc., and St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center. Brandee has experience in clinical nutrition, individual nutrition counseling, and group healthy behavior modification programs. Brandee is an active contributor in the nutrition community and belongs to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, New York State Dietetic Association, Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine, and the American Council on Exercise. She is also a certified health coach and a registered yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance.
