Whether to lose weight, increase energy, relieve pain, take a breather, build strength, improve sleep or manage stress, we all have health and wellness goals. 
​
To help you achieve yours, KKR Wellness Works offers expert wellness coaching to support and guide you. Originally available on site to all New York, San Francisco and Menlo Park employees, the program is now available virtually to all US employees.

1:1 Nutrition Coaching (30 minutes): Looking to lose weight, boost energy, or learn more about how to fuel yourself properly? Have questions about intermittent dieting or the reality of going plant-based? Book a nutrition session with the on-site Registered Dietician, who can help you formulate a customized plan, answer questions and keep you on track.

Yoga (30 minutes): Take advantage of this 30-minute private session to stretch, destress and nurture yoga’s many healing postures with the guidance of a certified yoga instructor.​

Meditation & Calming Breathing (15 minutes): Need a breather? Book yourself in for a quick reset during which you'll learn how to use your breath to induce calm and clarity, and return to your day with a renewed sense of focus.
 
1:1 Targeted Stretching: Pain Relief, Energy Boost & More (15 minutes): Is your virtual set-up a literal pain in the neck, shoulders or back? Sign up for this 15-minute guided stretch session, during which you can work 1:1 with Coach Brandee, who has her Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology, to target pain, discomfort, energy slump and more.

Resistance Bands (30 minutes): Want to build an accessible strength routine that you can do anywhere? By using lightweight resistance bands, you can easily use simple band exercises to target, strengthen and tone every major muscle group. Great for those looking to add a complimentary strength routine to their daily walks, runs, cycling or other cardio practices.

Want to try them all? Sign up for a general health coaching session: first time (45 minutes) or follow-up (30 minutes). Health coaching is a great way to address your overall wellbeing and build a plan with the help of an expert who will also provide accountability. All sessions will be customized to meet you where you are along your journey.
