Follow these simple instructions to get your device set up and ensure every step you take through the end of the Challenge on Sunday, August 2, is accounted for. Log In to the Challenge portal. Use the same email you used to register for the Challenge or contact support@totalhealthinteractive.com if you have any issues. If you forgot your password, click on the Forgot Password link to reset it. For Fitbit devices, link your Fitbit account to your Challenge account in the Me > App Linking section (see FAQ). For all other syncing devices, you must first download the Fit Compass Challenge app (iOS or Android) to sync your steps through Apple Health or Google Fit. Log in to the app with the same username and password used for the Challenge portal. Under Settings, enable sync with Apple Health or Google Fit. Note: Your device must first be linked with Apple Health or Google Fit for data to pull to the Challenge portal. Your deadline for syncing is Sunday, July 27. So long as you have been using your chosen device to track your steps since July 20, the portal will be able to pull in your steps.
Note: The system will track your steps each day between midnight CST (UTC-6) and 11:59 pm CST (UTC-6).
