When feeling overwhelmed, mindfulnesss experts recommend take a few slow, deep breaths to help reduce the “fight or flight” response and help the body relax.
Even if you only have a few moments, try step outside to breathe in the fresh air. Connect with nature by going for a walk in the sunlight whenever possible.
Talk regularly to family and friends by video or phone. It important to help alleviate feelings of loneliness or isolation.

September is National Yoga Month! KKR's LIVE virtual yoga classes with Coach Brandee will continue on Wednesdays at 2:00pm ET with Hatha, a beginner-friendly class, and Fridays at 10:30am ET with Vinyasa, a slightly faster-paced practice with some intermediate postures.
