This year, we’re changing things up so get ready to step your way to better health in this 3 week challenge:
You will have the option to form your own team of 5, or be assigned randomly to a global team.
Some of you super-steppers requested a more competitive structure, while those of you interested in a more relaxing challenge asked for less intensity. Thus we’ve developed a format for both! During registration, you’ll have the choice to sign up for a “Fierce” team or a “Fun” team.
All will have the opportunity to do the same activities.
The only differences will be the prizes and the intensity of your team mates.

Acquire as many points as possible! Intensity increases weekly!
Earn these points by Syncing Steps and earning "Power Points" by participating in fun Bonus Activities and posting Healthy Selfies each week.
