Ritu Riyat integrates her experience as a health coach, behavior shift expert, epidemiologist, yoga instructor and meditation teacher in designing effective and engaging well-being and nutrition programs for individuals and organizations. Believing that true change comes from mastering your mindset, she has studied the science of behavior change around the globe, working with executives, athletes, law enforcement, and fortune 500 companies to go beyond traditional wellness practices to help create sustainable change.
As a speaker and educator, she delivers seminars on stress, teaches pop up meditation labs and coaches individuals to be their best. Ritu structures her sessions to help students develop their own well-being and nourishment approaches with small, simple habit shifts that over time lead to healthful patterns. She is known to meet you where you’re at on your journey, leaving you feeling empowered and in control.
Ritu holds her M.P.H. from the University of Southern California, an undergraduate degree in Genetics from UC Davis, her wellbeing coach certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is 500-hour certified yoga teacher. In her spare time, she can be found striking a yoga pose, sitting in silence, or writing about all things wellness on her blog: eat.move.meditate.
Prior to work as a 1:1 well-being coach, Ritu was the Director of Wellbeing at Blue Shield of California and an epidemiologist at LifeMasters.
